How Ordering Works

Order custom print products online, send your details, approve your proof, then receive your finished order by pickup or shipping.

How Your Order Moves Through Production

Choose Your Product

Select the product, size, quantity, options, and delivery method. Custom calculators show pricing before checkout when available.

Send Your Details

Upload artwork, a PDF plan sheet, badge names, or notes for the order. If you do not have final art yet, send what you have and we will review it.

Checkout Online

Place the order and pay through Shopify checkout. Your order details come through with the files and notes needed to start the job.

Approve Your Proof

We prepare a proof before production. Once you approve it, we produce the order for pickup or shipping.

You Receive a Proof Before Production

Most custom print orders are reviewed before they are produced. This helps confirm spelling, layout, sizing, placement, and design details before anything is printed. If you do not like the design, we will refund your design/order setup with no questions asked.

Artwork and Uploads

Upload print-ready files when available. PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and PNG files are commonly used. Larger or unusual files can be discussed after the order is placed.

Pickup, Shipping, and Timing

Many products can be picked up locally or shipped. We offer convenient drive-by pickup options where available and pride ourselves on customer service and speed.
