For custom orders, a proof may be provided before production. Please review all proofs carefully. Production may begin after proof approval, and changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or delays. Because many products are custom made, personalized, or produced specifically for your order, returns or cancellations may not be available once production has started unless there is a production error, defect, or issue caused by Recognition Direct. Product colors, materials, and final appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, material differences, production methods, and supplier availability. Recognition Direct reserves the right to contact customers for clarification, refuse artwork that cannot be produced properly, and update pricing, product availability, production times, and shipping options as needed.
