Local pickup
Convenient local pickup may be available for customers in San Diego, Spring Valley, La Mesa, East County, and beyond. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Production times
Production time depends on the product, artwork, order quantity, and proof approval. We pride ourselves on customer service and speed, and we will contact you if we need any clarification before production.

Proof before production
For many custom products, you will receive a proof before production. Production starts after approval when a proof is required.

Shipping
Orders selected for shipping will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are accurate. Shipping times are estimates and may vary by carrier.
