Terms of service

By placing an order with Recognition Direct, you agree to provide accurate order information, artwork, quantities, sizes, and contact information. Custom printed and personalized products are produced based on the information and artwork supplied by the customer and/or approved proof.

Proofs and approvals
For custom orders, Recognition Direct may provide a proof before production. Production begins after approval when a proof is required. Please review spelling, names, sizing, colors, and layout carefully before approving.

Custom products
Because many of our products are custom printed, personalized, or produced to order, they may not be eligible for return once production has started unless there is a production error or defect.

Pricing and availability
Prices, product availability, turnaround times, and shipping costs may change. We will contact you if an order requires clarification before production.
