Custom dry-erase vinyl decals for schedules, calendars, menus and reusable labels. Print your fixed headings, grid, logo or layout in full color, then use the coated surface for information you need to change. Supply your design or describe the layout and review the artwork proof before production.
A printed writable graphic, not a rigid board
This product is flexible adhesive film for a suitable flat surface. It does not include a frame, mounting board, markers or eraser. Choose it when you already have a surface for a custom schedule, planning grid, menu or information panel. For a complete rigid sign, compare dry-erase signs and boards.
Need a version you can reposition on receptive metal? Compare custom printed dry-erase magnets, which use a magnetic backing instead of permanent adhesive. Test the intended surface with a magnet before ordering.
Material and finish
- 4 mil white PVC film with permanent adhesive backing.
- Single-sided, full-color UV printing.
- UV-cured dry-erase liquid coating over the printed graphic.
The writable finish is a coating, rather than an additional sheet of dry-erase laminate. Use dry-erase markers and confirm a suitable cleaning method for the application; do not use permanent markers. If the exact surface sheen matters, ask us to confirm it before ordering.
Check the mounting surface
Apply only to a compatible clean, flat, smooth surface. Permanent adhesive is not the same as a removable wall decal; do not assume damage-free removal or that it suits textured walls. Tell us the surface and environment before ordering for an unusual or outdoor application. Installation is not included unless separately agreed.
Make the layout useful
Send the finished size, headings, row and column counts, logo and any fixed text. Leave enough writable space for the marker size you plan to use. If the graphic does not need an erasable surface, see standard vinyl decals; for a reflective graphic, see reflective adhesive vinyl.
Artwork and proofing
Enter the finished width, height, units and quantity in the order form. Upload artwork or project notes, up to 100 MB per file. A single-page PDF or JPEG in CMYK is preferred; prepare raster artwork at 150 dpi at finished size, outline fonts and omit crop marks or bleed. We review your file and send a proof before production.
Tell us about separate designs, panel joins, custom shapes or individual labels before ordering; do not assume contour cutting, installation or special finishing is included. Shipping or San Diego-area pickup is selected during ordering. Confirm any firm deadline with us.
