Custom-printed reflective vinyl decals for clean, flat and smooth surfaces. Add your logo, wording or design to engineer-grade reflective adhesive vinyl for property graphics, equipment identification or suitable vehicle applications. This listing is for your printed graphic, not an unprinted material roll.
Permanent adhesive, not a removable magnet
Choose adhesive vinyl when the surface and project suit a permanent graphic. Confirm the substrate, finished size and intended location before ordering. The graphic must be applied to a clean, flat, smooth surface; ask us about painted finishes, textured surfaces, curves or any surface you are unsure about.
Reflective decal material
- 4 mil engineer-grade reflective vinyl with permanent adhesive.
- Single-sided, full-color UV printing with a matte finish.
- No lamination in this product specification.
- Maximum production size 48" high x 100 feet wide; confirm practical panel sizing and installation requirements for large graphics.
The material thickness is 4 mil, not 4mm. If you need individual shapes, multiple designs or a specific cut pattern, contact us to confirm the finish and quote rather than assuming contour cutting is included.
Reflective is different from illuminated
Reflective material returns light toward its source, such as headlights. It is not illuminated or glow-in-the-dark; appearance depends on lighting, viewing angle, print coverage and installation. If a project specifies a particular grade, certification or agency approval, ask us to confirm the exact material before ordering.
For a removable option on a compatible steel surface, compare reflective car magnets. If the job needs its own rigid sign backing, choose reflective aluminum signs.
Artwork and ordering
Upload your logo, wording or print-ready design through the order form, up to 100 MB per file. A single-page PDF or JPEG in CMYK is preferred for production; prepare raster artwork at 150 dpi at finished size, outline fonts and omit crop marks or bleed. For different front and back artwork, contact us about the file handoff. Review your emailed proof before production, and confirm any firm deadline before ordering.
