Custom styrene signs are thin, lightweight plastic prints for menus, retail displays, point-of-sale graphics, exhibits, and drop-in sign holders. Full-color UV printing on smooth white polystyrene gives your artwork a matte finish.
Styrene Sign Specifications
- Material: .020-inch white polystyrene film; lightweight and flexible, not a thick rigid sign board.
- Print: single-sided, full-color direct UV printing.
- Finish: matte, without lamination.
- Custom size: up to 48 inches x 96 inches.
- Grommets: none, top two corners, or all four corners.

Custom Size And Quantity Pricing
Choose your dimensions, quantity, and grommet option in the order form. Pricing starts at a $16 product minimum; the calculator shows the price for your selected configuration before you add it to your cart. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Artwork And File Setup
- Accepted artwork: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, JPEG, or PNG, up to 100 MB per file.
- Prepare the artwork at the ordered size. A single-page print-ready PDF is preferred.
- Use CMYK color and convert spot colors to CMYK.
- For raster artwork, use 150 dpi at the final print size.
- Convert live fonts to outlines when preparing vector artwork.
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds.

Will I receive a proof?
If your order requires a proof, we will email it for your approval before production.
Can my order be shipped?
Shipping is available, or you can choose La Mesa or Pine Valley pickup. Pickup instructions are sent when your order is ready. Production time depends on the order and current workload; please confirm a firm deadline before ordering.
Do I need a different sign material?
