Custom reflective aluminum composite signs for property, directional and business panels. This flat sandwich-board material has aluminum faces around a plastic core, with your design printed on reflective vinyl. It is a sign panel, not a folding sidewalk A-frame.
A rigid panel for your sign project
Use the panel for branded directions, parking-area messages and fixed sign displays where a reflective face is useful. Provide the finished dimensions and how you intend to mount it. For a portable folding display instead, choose our reflective Signicade A-frame.
Material, sizing and options
- Approximately 1/8-inch aluminum composite panel with a polyethylene core.
- 4 mil engineer-grade reflective vinyl with full-color UV printing.
- Single- or double-sided options, with corners and optional holes selected in the calculator.
- Custom panels up to 48" x 96"; oversize delivery requires confirmation before ordering.
Panels over 46" x 38" or 48" x 30" have supplier pickup-only restrictions. Contact us with your dimensions and delivery ZIP code so we can confirm the available handoff; a maximum production size is not a promise that the panel can ship.
How the reflective face works
Reflective material returns light toward its source, such as headlights. It is not illuminated or glow-in-the-dark; appearance depends on lighting, viewing angle, print coverage and installation. If a project specifies a particular grade, certification or agency approval, ask us to confirm the exact material before ordering.

Artwork and ordering
Upload your logo, wording or print-ready design through the order form, up to 100 MB per file. A single-page PDF or JPEG in CMYK is preferred for production; prepare raster artwork at 150 dpi at finished size, outline fonts and omit crop marks or bleed. For different front and back artwork, contact us about the file handoff. Review your emailed proof before production, and confirm any firm deadline before ordering.
