Custom Banner Sizes and Pricing
Standard single-sided 13oz vinyl banners are $2.50 per square foot, with a $17.20 minimum. For example, a standard 5 x 3 ft banner is $37.50 before shipping, tax and selected upgrades; standard hems and grommets are included.
The starting price is a minimum, not a flat price for every banner size. Choose your dimensions, quantity and finishing in the calculator to see the total for your selected configuration before adding it to your cart.
Upload print-ready artwork or provide your design details, then review your emailed proof before production. Choose shipping or La Mesa or Pine Valley pickup; pickup instructions are emailed when your order is ready.
Questions Before Ordering Your Banner
How do I choose my banner size?
Measure the space where the banner will hang, then enter the finished width and height in the calculator. Select feet or inches, quantity and finishing to see the price for your configuration. Keep important text and logos away from the edges and mounting points.
What comes with a standard 13oz vinyl banner?
Your artwork is printed in full color on 13oz matte scrim vinyl. Standard hems and grommets are included. Pole pockets, double-sided printing and other finishing choices can change the price shown in the calculator.
Can I print a banner I designed with ChatGPT?
Yes. Upload your artwork and include any changes you need in the design notes. We review the file and send a proof before production. Check spelling, names and dates carefully, and use the highest-resolution artwork available. Our ChatGPT banner design guide explains how to prepare a design for print review.
Where can I pick up a banner in the San Diego area?
Select La Mesa or Pine Valley pickup in the order form. The full pickup address and instructions are emailed when the order is ready. See our San Diego banner printing and pickup options for local projects.
Will I receive a proof, and how do I request a deadline?
We email a proof for approval before production. Enter your requested need-by date and allow time to review the proof. A requested date is not a guaranteed completion date. For a firm event deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Can you ship my banner instead?
Choose Ship in the order form and enter your delivery details at checkout to see available shipping rates. Shipping and applicable tax are separate from the banner price. Confirm timing with us before placing an order for a date-sensitive event.

We use a premium heavyweight 13 oz. scrim vinyl banner. This material looks great indoors, but designed to stand up to the elements outdoors. This material is typically used for billboards, building wraps, banners, event flags, trade show signage, parades, and more.
Standard hems and grommets are no extra charge, and we offer a lineup of finishing options to satisfy specialty applications and city ordinances.
Please Note:
- All banners 89" or larger on their shortest side will be shipped folded.
- All banners 88" and under on their shortest side will be shipped rolled.

- Accepted File Formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG/JPEG or PNG. A single-page print-ready PDF is preferred.
- Color Space: CMYK
- Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
- Max File Upload Size: 100 MB per file
- Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- Double sided products will be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template

- Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
- Convert live fonts to outlines
